Final Fantasy VIII Piano Collections – 05 – Ami

This piece is the one which I believe is played in Trabia Garden. This is why at first I always thought of it as “Selphie’s Theme”. The fact that the original version is already almost a piano version means that it was pretty easy to arrange. I really like the introduction and it’s beautiful descending figures.

The music itself is based around the Balamb Garden theme and uses most of it’s melodic material, but focusing on what was the “secondary part” in the Balamb Garden theme.

PLEASE DON’T ASK FOR THE SHEET MUSIC!! If you really want to play this music, then do Square-Enix a favour and go buy the sheet music book, it’s definitely worth it.

A very simple piece and pleasant to play and listen to. Haha the low E alright. Should’ve been a bit lower but I agree, its listenable, especially to others who don’t exactly pay attention to that.

I’m not supposed to be allowed to tune it at all, and anyway, the low E about 30 seconds in was definitely listenable, not that out of tune.
